Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
- Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments of patients.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and monitor data collection.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
- Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings.
- Uphold regular treatment integrity checks.

- Performs routine housekeeping tasks as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the client, as instructed by the professional nurse
- Attends in-service as required by state and federal regulations
- Confirming weekly, the scheduling of visits with the Supervisor/Director, to coordinate necessary visits with other personnel.
