Salary: Total compensation up to $125,000 in first year

Your Role as Clinic Director:

Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.

A Brief Overview

Summary: A career as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist is exciting for those who are passionate about health care, patient comfort and saving lives. As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and to ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. You have the chance to work and interact directly with patients as you ensure that they are comfortable and calm. Utilize your medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and placing the patient in the appropriate spot on the table. Technologists are also organized, detail oriented people who are familiar with the anatomical area that is being scanned and the patient’s history. Develop relationships with patients as you help diagnose their condition as an MRI technologist.

Job Description:

Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, FBA’s, FA’s)
Supervise the implementation of ABA services and ensure they align with treatment goals

Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, ensuring procedural fidelity

A Brief Overview
A Multi modality Tech provides diagnostic patient care services and related diagnostic procedures in more than one Radiology modality. The Multi modality Technologist is responsible for the independent operation of imaging equipment, and for performing diagnostic examinations using multiple modalities. We are partnering with a dedicated therapy group focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their experienced team of BCBAs and therapists works closely with families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that aim to improve the quality of life for each child. Job Title: BCBA
Salary: $80,000 - $98,000 annual base salary (not tied to billables)
- Intro-level BCBA positions range from $80,000-$90,000 annual base salary
- Senior-level BCBA positions range from $90,000-$98,000 annual base salary
Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; Schedule depends on caseload/client schedules (i.e., clinic client hours differ from community/daycare client hours)
Setting: Primarily in-clinic, but some clients receive community services; Community clients primarily consist of daycare setting and home setting
Caseload: 25 hours/week; Predominately Early Intervention

JOB GOAL: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be an integral part of the company's mission of working together to reach each child’s potential. You will specialize in providing individualized care that is comprehensive, naturalistic, and developmentally appropriate, and we will help you stay on the cutting edge of quality care in early intervention.

Whether you are newly certified or have multiple years of experience, we will help you to maximize your clinical impact through small caseload sizes (6-8 clients) and clinical effectiveness measures.

RESPONSIBILIITES:

Supervises Registered Behavior Technician’s (RBTs), and graduate students, if assigned to their caseload.
Maintains a caseload of 6-8 clients.
Manages caseload and prepares and submits all required documentation on time. This includes, but is not limited to: assessments, treatment plans/BSPs, insurance updates as required, session notes after every session, at least monthly analysis of the data, updating the treatment plans as needed, participation in calls with insurance companies, etc.
Adheres to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrates sound professional judgment at all times.
Collaborates with families, caregivers and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of care.
Performs direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of client’s behaviors.
Develops a treatment plan (including behavior support plan) based on the functions of the behavior and treatment methodologies that are evidence-based.
Attends all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP (as allowed/needed) and staffing. Adequately demonstrates their abilities to work effectively as a part of a clinical team.
Attends any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseload.
Collects data before and during the implementation of the plan so that the plan’s efficacy can be assessed and data-based decisions can be made.
Provides direct instruction/ongoing supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and family members during regularly-scheduled visits. This includes visiting each client twice a month in all relevant environments.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modifies the plan as necessary.
Upon receiving information from Administration, the BCBA will initiate services with new clients in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as requested/assigned.

A Brief Overview
A Mammography Technologist performs specialized X-ray examinations of the breast to assist in the diagnosis and monitoring of breast cancer, ensuring patient comfort and safety while accurately positioning the breast for optimal image quality, all under the direction of a radiologist; requiring a high level of technical expertise and patient care skills to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Education Qualifications

Completion of an accredited 2-year program in a school of Radiologic Technology (Required)

Experience Qualifications

Registered X-ray technologist with at least one year experience (Preferred)
Registered Mammography technologist with at least one year experience (Preferred)
Proficient at instructing students and new staff after one year experience (Required)
Clear knowledge of modality specific equipment computers, pacs, EMR and RIS (Required)
Must demonstrate ability to work independently (Required)
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise (Required)
Clear knowledge of imaging and exam protocols (Required)
Excellent knowledge of imaging and exam protocols (Preferred)

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of X-Ray unit, computers, wheel chairs, O2 tanks, immobilization devices, PACS and radiology information system. (Required proficiency)

A Brief Overview

Summary: A career as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist is exciting for those who are passionate about health care, patient comfort and saving lives. As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and to ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. You have the chance to work and interact directly with patients as you ensure that they are comfortable and calm. Utilize your medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and placing the patient in the appropriate spot on the table. Technologists are also organized, detail oriented people who are familiar with the anatomical area that is being scanned and the patient’s history. Develop relationships with patients as you help diagnose their condition as an MRI technologist.

What You Will Do

Performs MRI scans as directed by radiologist
Patient care during visit to MRI
Answers phones and arranges schedule for in-patient request
Assures a safe and clean environment
Maintains knowledge of technical skills
Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers, and co-workers
Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment
Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values
