Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our trusted partner in the Greater Savannah, GA Area who provides compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families in the Savannah, GA area. Our clinical team specializes in individualized treatment, early intervention, parent training, and ethical, high-quality care.

  • Job Title: BCBA 
  • Salary/Compensation: Total annual compensation can range between $85,000-$105,000, which includes the following:
    • Guaranteed base salary between $80,000-$90,000 
    • Billable-based bonus incentives for hours billed over minimum requirement 
    • Health/medical insurance stipend
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
  • Setting: Clinic & In-Home
    • In-home clients may be located throughout the greater Savannah area, therefore some travel may be required between the clinic and in-home.
  • Caseload: 25 hours/week billable requirement
  • Benefits: Stipend for health/medical insurance is available
  • Location: Greater Savannah, GA Area
  • Client Demographics: Ages 4-16 years
 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs
  • Review session data and make data-driven clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
  • Meet reasonable billable and supervision expectations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
