- Responds promptly to alarms. Ensures that restraint alternatives are in place/activated including: personal alarms, cushion alarms, wheelchair belts, tumble mats, alarm mats, bolstered beds, hip protectors.
- Provides and ensure quality end of life care. Uses comfort basket to meet resident and family needs. Ensures hygiene, comfort, and spiritual needs are met. Treats pain/restlessness. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
- Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
- Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
- Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports
