Pay: Base Salary plus weekly bonus based on quantity of patients.

Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating various acute and chronic conditions, and providing direct patient care. The Nurse Practitioner will educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention, while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver primary care services
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments according to patient needs
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Provide critical care interventions as necessary
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through exceptional care and support
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency in medication administration and a strong understanding of drug interactions
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to perform gastric lavage when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Experience in an urgent care setting
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred, but not required)
