Job Responsibilities:

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our trusted ABA partner's growing clinical team in St. Mary's County, MD.
This position is perfect for a BCBA who enjoys direct clinical work, mentoring RBTs, and supporting families, but prefers not to carry the full administrative responsibilities of a primary caseload. Our partner's clinical structure allows BCBAs to focus on supervision, parent support, and treatment quality while primary BCBAs oversee case management and treatment planning.
- Job Title: BCBA
- Salary: Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000-$115,000, based on billable hours, experience, and including bonuses
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
