- Manage a caseload of clients. The caseload includes individuals with Autism Spectrum
- Disorders and other related disabilities (ages 2 years to adulthood)
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (in our clinic, home, school and/or community)
- Develop Behavior Plans
- Conduct Learning Needs Assessments
- Supervise ABA programs in the home and/or clinic setting
- Develop ABA programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
- Organize and maintain data collection for programs
- Review data and report on progress
- Establish and maintain positive relations with families and school personnel
- Train and review staff
- Parent/teacher consultation regarding skill development and problem behaviors
- Attend monthly meetings with Clinical Director
