At a high level, your key responsibilities will include:

Exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle in the healthcare staffing sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
4 plus years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager in healthcare staffing.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing processes, compliance, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to speak the language of healthcare professionals.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients.
Familiarity with healthcare-related CRM software and other relevant tools.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will direct and take responsibility for the total care of residents on a team while working under the direction of a supervisor and/or nurse manager. You will be responsible for implementing interventions that are designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care. Your other duties will include but are not limited to:

- Report promptly for duty, provide shift reports, and participate in safety rallies.
- Supervise nursing units, assign tasks to staff, and provide backup support as needed.
- Monitor staff professionalism and review staff activity to ensure completion of scheduled tasks.
- Assist with resolving staffing needs and emergency issues.
- Collect data for nursing assessments and care plans, revising care plans as needed.
- Facilitate scheduling and preparation of residents/patients for diagnostic studies.
- Conduct planned activity/teaching sessions with residents.
- Respond courteously and respectfully to resident and family requests.
- Honor resident decisions, informing them of care plans calmly.
- Review and adhere to compliance policies and safety standards.
- Maintain infection control standards and handle emergencies.
- Perform treatments and medication processes per physician orders.
- Educate residents on medication regimens and side effects.
- Ensure accurate transcription of physician orders and complete documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst directly contributes to the client’s mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to patients. The client provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU training, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.

Responsibilities

Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments of patients.
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Develop and monitor data collection.
Provide parent training.
Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families and respond to questions in a timely manner.
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings.
Uphold regular treatment integrity checks.
Adhere to relevant CPT codes.
