Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to teach appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Conduct assessments, including functional assessments and analyses, to design effective treatment plans
- Supervise a caseload of 7-10 clients, ensuring high-quality treatment delivery
- Participate in modeling activities, providing instruction on ABA techniques, behavior management, and data collection
- Provide direct supervision to technicians and promote a therapeutic environment for all clients
- Guide clinical staff, offering professional development advice and serving as a resource
- Ensure robust training programs for staff and families, monitoring related KPIs
- Develop creative learning and collaboration opportunities to enhance staff engagement and skills
- Promote management and oversight of clinical staff with integrity and humility
- Stay current with the latest ABA and autism treatment research and incorporate findings into services
- Interface with key outsourced functions for new center openings and ongoing operations, including HR and compliance
- Conduct weekly impact hours and support the implementation of state-of-the-art industry technology and software
