Job Description:
- Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, FBA’s, FA’s)
- Supervise the implementation of ABA services and ensure they align with treatment goals
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, ensuring procedural fidelity
