Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments
Supervise in-progress ABA services to ensure alignment with treatment goals
Prepare, supervise, and evaluate staff efforts to meet client IEP/IFSP objectives
Train and coach Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide direct services to clients and their families, as needed
Record daily data and generate reports on client progress
Assess client progress through collected data and make program adjustments as necessary
Issue annual reports evaluating program effectiveness
