In the app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with the national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

What You'll Do
- Help people with OCD get better and stay better by providing top-notch care (while supervised) through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the company’s video platform

- Develop a professional identity that is mission-driven and member-focused
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the company’s EHR system
- Participate in clinical consultation, training, and performance reviews, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD
- Collaborate with the company’s network of providers to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions
Requirements:
- Full Time Providers:
- 40-hour work week
- Complete a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week
- Have EITHER 10 hours of weeknight availability (after 5 p.m. local time) OR 5 hours of weekend availability for Member Sessions per week, or a combination thereof. This will be set with your Clinical Operations Manager.
- Open and willing to treat children and adolescents after attending Child and Adolescent training.
Who You Are
- An Associate Therapist License in good standing to practice in your state
- Associates must have clinical work experience that includes group therapy, crisis intervention, other relevant clinical duties within an out-patient mental health treatment setting
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university in the behavioral and mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
- Relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)
- Organizing abilities, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and good with time management
- Conscientious self-starter who embraces and enjoys autonomous work
- Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with reliable internet access (at least 50mbps downloads speeds)

To evaluate a patient’s condition and administer basic emergency care in the hospital emergency center.
Essential Functions
Assist patients with personal hygiene; Assist patients with use of urinal/bedpan and emptying such; turn, position, and transfer patients; assist patients in/out of wheelchair and on/off transport carts; transport patients via wheelchair, stretcher or bed; observe patients for unexpected signs/symptoms and report to Registered Nurse in timely manner; apply and monitor patients placed on restrictive devices; obtain and document vital signs, intake/output and weigh patients using standup or bed scales; obtain and document point of care testing; obtain urine, stool and sputum specimens; perform EKG's and oral suctioning; discontinue Foley Catheters, and may perform venipuncture to obtain a blood sample.
Assist with patient admission/discharge, unpacking/packing of personal belongings; obtain personal care items; answer patient call lights promptly, relay information to appropriate staff in a timely manner if unable to meet patient needs; provide frequent offers of assistance and comfort measures to patients to assure patient satisfaction and care needs are met; assist with meal delivery and patient feeding; distribute ice water; obtain additional food/fluids as directed. Maintain a neat and clean patient environment by performing the following tasks cleaning and transporting equipment and supplies, cleaning patient care unit, including bathtubs and showers, removing equipment and bedding upon patient discharge, preparing patient rooms for next patient admission, keeping hallways and nurse's station clean, cleaning dirty utility rooms, linen carts, and refrigerators and keeping blanket warmers neat and orderly.
Maintain unit supplies by performing the following tasks restocking, ordering and applying patient charges; distributing and changing unoccupied and occupied bed linens; delivering specimens (including blood) to lab and delivering equipment and supplies to other departments as directed.
Transcribe physician orders if cross trained to do so; collect and document data for the non-RN portion of the Patient Admission History, if directed by RN; document patient data and care provided in a timely and accurate manner. May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.
Required Qualifications
Completion of professional or practical nursing fundamentals course, or EMT experience within past three (3) years, or EMT-B or EMT-I license. EMTs without prior clinical experience (within past three (3) years) must complete a supervised clinical log within ninety (90) days.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs.
