Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted partner in Savannah, GA who provides compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families in the Savannah, GA area. Our clinical team specializes in individualized treatment, parent training, and ethical, high-quality care.
- Job Title: Clinical Director (BCBA required)
- Salary: Annual base salary ranges between $110,000-$120,000 and is based on level of experience in similar roles plus billable hour commitment
- Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Setting: Clinic, In-Person
- In-home clients may be located throughout the greater Savannah area, therefore some travel may be required between the clinic and in-home.

- Client Demographics: Ages 4-16 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic by setting clear expectations of all BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring clear communication amongst the team, and consistently enforcing company and ethical guidelines through clinical and operational practice.
- Supervise a caseload of approximately 2-3 clients (8-10 billable hours/week)
- Supervise and manage a team of RBTs and BCBAs in providing high-quality ABA services across in-home and in-clinic settings.
- Review and audit RBT documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical quality.
- Assist BCBAs in initial and ongoing assessments for new and existing clients.
- Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with the Director of Operations to collaborate on staff scheduling, caseload balance, and clinic operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and coach BCBAs and RBTs through direct and indirect supervision, modeling, and performance feedback.
- Support BCBAs in parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills at home and in the community.
- Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation.
