Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our trusted ABA partner's growing clinical team in Virginia - state-wide.
This position is perfect for a BCBA who enjoys direct clinical work, mentoring RBTs, and supporting families, but prefers not to carry the full administrative responsibilities of a primary caseload. Our partner's clinical structure allows BCBAs to focus on supervision, parent support, and treatment quality while primary BCBAs oversee case management and treatment planning.

- Salary: Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000-$110,000, based on billable hours, experience, and including bonuses
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Setting: In-home & Telehealth; Primarily Telehealth (if preferred)
- 97151/Assessment services must be rendered in-person by the BCBA.
- Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week minimum requirement.
- Locations: Virginia Beach and Northern Virginia
BCBA's Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff, as assigned.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.
- Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.
What You'll Need:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Active Virginia LBA required
- Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA settings
- Strong clinical decision-making and coaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
