Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our trusted ABA partner's growing clinical team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time, fully benefitted, hybrid position across in-home and in-clinic settings.

Salary: Total annual compensation ranges from $85,000-$115,000 including base salary and bonuses.
- Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 per year (not including bonuses)
- Bonus Opportunities: Sign-on/annual retention bonus of up to $10,000, plus additional bonus opportunities totaling up to $10,000 per year
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Setting: In-home + In-clinic; *This is a primarily in-person position*

Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week
- Company Policy: Although each client’s prescribed therapy hours are left at the discretion of the assessing BCBA, the maximum number of direct therapy hours rendered to any client is 25 per week.

BCBA's Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-person supervision for assigned clients.
- Providing monthly parent training sessions
- Supporting treatment implementation and ensuring clinical excellence
- Collaborating with primary BCBAs and RBTs to promote client progress
- Offering in-session coaching and guidance to clinical staff
What You'll Need:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Active North Carolina LBA required
- Experience supervising RBTs in home-based and clinic-based ABA settings
- Strong clinical decision-making and coaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
