Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Maryland. This is a full-time, in-home and primarily in-person position.
Our trusted partner is committed to providing assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA services while ensuring that their BCBAs have the tools, support, and flexibility they need to succeed.
- Job Title: BCBA
- Salary: Total annual compensation ranges from $90,000-$115,000, based on billable hours, experience, and including bonuses
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Setting: In-Home; Primarily In-Person
- Telehealth permissions account for up to 50%-60% of required billables
- Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25-28 hours/week (options available)
- Location: Maryland
BCBA's Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.
- Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes – because every breakthrough matters.
- Bring creativity and compassion to every session, making a lasting difference.
What You'll Need:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within Georgia
- 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
