Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our trusted partner in Kennesaw, GA.

- Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Setting: Clinic, in-person
- Caseload: Approximately 3, full-time clients
- Location: Kennesaw, GA
- Base Salary: $102,000 -$107,000 annually, plus monthly bonus opportunities
Job Goal: The Clinical Director will maintain a small Early Intervention caseload of approximately 3 full-time, in-clinic clients while managing a small team of RBTs and BCBAs as they provide high-quality ABA services in a structured clinic setting. The Clinical Director will partner closely with the Center Manager on scheduling, clinic flow, and overall quality of services at the Kennesaw location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist BCBAs in initial and ongoing assessments for new and existing clients.
- Use tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and coach BCBAs and RBTs through direct and indirect supervision, modeling, and performance feedback.
- Review and audit RBT documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical quality.
- Support BCBAs in parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other team members as part of a multi-disciplinary care model.
- Coordinate with the on-site Center Manager on staff scheduling, caseload balance, and clinic operations.
- Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Uphold the company's commitment to ethical, family-centered, evidence-based services.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field that meets BCBA eligibility requirements (Required)
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (Required)
- Current LBA in the state of GA (Required)
- At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA in a pediatric ABA setting (Preferred)
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director / Lead BCBA experience (Preferred but not required)
- Strong skills in supervising and developing RBTs and leading small clinical teams
- Comfortable working in an in-clinic, early-intervention pediatric setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality clinical care
