Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director to join our trusted partner, specializing in delivering high-quality Early Intervention services in the Baltimore, MD area.


  • Position: Regional Director (BCBA)
  • Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annual base salary (not tied to KPIs or billables), plus a 20% annual bonus at end of year ($21,000-$23,000)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Setting: In-clinic
  • Caseload: No caseload required for the Regional Director because the role is designed to support and lead the operations and clinical services
  • Benefits: Fully benefitted position with medical, dental, vision, 401k, CEU stipend, & paid company holidays
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm


Job Description:

The Regional Director is the primary leader and decision maker for the services delivered in the clinic. This accountability includes team members, clients, operations, clinical quality, and financial results. The Regional Director sets the tone culturally and professionally by modeling thoughtful, highly competent, and authentic professional behavior. The Regional Director is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and manages the day-to-day operations of their assigned region by providing clinical and operational leadership. Services delivered follow evidence-based practice (EBP) approaches, which include operationally defined, empirically documented, and socially validated methods based on the principles of behavior analysis.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
