Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Seaside, OR. This is a full time / day shift permanent placement role. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

- The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
- Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the sisters of the hospital's mission and philosophy.
Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy Or
- Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
Compensation
Base Salary - USD $134,035 to $211,598
