Nucleus Healthcare is searching for a Market Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with one of our prestigious clients at a top-rated clinic-based ABA provider! Their mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:  
  • Travel across clinics in the Greater Savannah, GA Area to support Center Directors and BCBAs, provide coverage at clinic locations when Center Directors or BCBAs are absent for extended periods of time (e.g., vacation, maternity leave, etc.), and ultimately serve as a point-person for the GA clinicians!
  • Implementing assessments, completing reports and progress summaries related to the needs for behavioral interventions (ABLLS-R, VB MAPP, FBAs, FAs, etc.)  
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring high-quality individualized programming and behavior intervention plans for learners  
  • Providing mentorship and overseeing implementation of skill acquisition programs, data collection, BSPs, and procedural fidelity of RBTs and Behavior Technicians (including supervision of RBTs and those working toward that credential; supervision of graduate students seeking BCBA credentials)  
  • Expected to provide supervised fieldwork experience hours to eligible individuals  
  • Responsible for staying informed of the most current requirements for providing supervised fieldwork experiences  
  • Completing supervision CEUs that meet the BACB recertification requirements  
  • Implementation of behavioral skills training and data collection in the coaching and performance management of RBT’s and Behavior Technicians  
  • Providing caregiver training sessions through both telehealth and clinic-based sessions  
  • Maintaining and completing session and supervision notes, programming procedures and materials, designing and creating intervention materials, and completing all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by Company’s families  
  • Working collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with all other professionals, including SLPs and OTs  
  • Telehealth supervision as needed  
  • Actively participate and engage in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions  
 
Requirements to Succeed:  
  • Travel Required via location assignments  
  • The travel assignment duration is for up to 120 days at a time and will be reassessed at the end of the assignment for the next assignment (i.e., approximately 50% of time onsite required, 50% telehealth/virtual) 
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification  
  • License valid in Georgia (LBA)  
  • Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)  
  • BCBA's will abide by all ethical codes set forth by the BACB and follow all state licensure requirements throughout their employment, and during any transition period to/from Company  
  • Experience with children with autism  
  • Desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment to provide exceptional services to our children and families  
  • Desire to provide evidence-based, trauma-free, high-quality services to learners and families  
  • Desire to mentor and support RBTs and aspiring BCBAs

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • 2 years of experience managing a team as a BCBA
  • Proven success in supervising, mentoring, and building strong teams
  • Strong understanding of ABA practices, state regulations, and payer guidelines
