Job Title: BCBA  
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Clinic-Based (Possibility to work off-site weekly with approval)
Salary: Guaranteed base salary (not based on billables) + quarterly bonus opportunities (based on billables) + other company paid benefits can equal up to $93,000 - $103,000 per year 
Location: Millersville, MD
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
  • Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
  • Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
  • Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
