Job Title:
Medical Technologist
Shift Details: Full Time, Nights 10:30pm - 7:00am
Base Salary:
$59,280 – $81,180 (commensurate with experience) 
Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Job Description:
  • Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests across multiple disciplines, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, RIA/Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Microbiology
  • Evaluate the validity of test results and troubleshoot testing or equipment issues as needed
  • Accurately interpret and report test results to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Perform and review quality control procedures and preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments
  • Maintain compliance with established protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in laboratory investigations and studies to enhance patient care outcomes
  • Adapt to changing workloads and assigned duties while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry Lab, and Hematology (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laboratory instruments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
