Base Salary: $59,280 – $81,180 (commensurate with experience)

Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Job Description:
- Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests across multiple disciplines, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, RIA/Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Microbiology
- Evaluate the validity of test results and troubleshoot testing or equipment issues as needed
- Accurately interpret and report test results to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Perform and review quality control procedures and preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments
- Maintain compliance with established protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
- Participate in laboratory investigations and studies to enhance patient care outcomes
- Adapt to changing workloads and assigned duties while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
