About the Role: 
We're looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare recruitment, particularly within hospitals or healthcare staffing agencies. You'll leverage your expertise to source, screen, and place qualified nurses and allied health professionals in roles across our network of major hospital system partners.

You'll work closely with hiring managers for a comprehensive intake to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates. You'll also develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. 




Core Responsibilities: 
  • Partner with clients to define qualification criteria for open positions. 
  • Proactively source and connect with passive candidates online and through professional networks. 
  • Manage a diverse healthcare-focused client portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships. 
  • Conduct phone and video interviews (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) to assess candidate qualifications. 
  • Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting qualified candidates for client review. 
  • Provide ongoing updates to clients on the hiring process. 
  • Prepare and guide candidates before and after interviews. 
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities. 
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools effectively. 
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Proven track record in a healthcare staffing agency or hospital talent acquisition department.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its various specialties.
  • Ability to manage all stages of the recruitment process, from job requisition through offer.
  • Experience with diverse interview formats and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, extensive experience and a solid work history will be considered.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
