Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Shift Details: Full Time & Part Time
- Nights: 12-hour shifts.
- Evenings: 8-hour shifts.
- Rotating Shifts: Alternate weekly between day and evening shifts
- 7-on/7-off: Flexible scheduling for work-life balance
- Weekend shifts are required every other or every third weekend
- Holidays as per departmental needs
- Location: West Reading, Pennsylvania
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists to join our team in West Reading. In this role, you will assess patient conditions, evaluate data, and develop appropriate respiratory care plans following department protocols. This opportunity offers exposure to diverse patient populations, including NICU, Pediatrics, MICU, SICU, and the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient conditions and evaluate all data to ensure appropriate respiratory care
- Develop and implement respiratory care plans in alignment with department policies
- Deliver high-quality care to patients across various units, including NICU, Pediatrics, MICU, SICU, and ED
- Participate in a rotating schedule with weekend and holiday shifts as required
