Do you have a sales background in the healthcare staffing and recruitment industry? Recently acquired Nucleus Healthcare is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager who wants to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This position will initiate the building of an elite sales team, reporting directly to the CEO. Industry experience in healthcare staffing/recruiting operations is a must.


The right candidate will have both a hunter and team mindset, industry connections, and the desire to invest time in building a career parallel with company growth. You must know how to cultivate strong relationships that build trust and business needs. This position offers a lucrative commission plan, meant for an individual passionate about working hard to see rewarding outcomes.


At a high level, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within the healthcare industry. Identify healthcare facilities, build prospect pipelines, and establish connections with key decision-makers.
  • Understand how to effectively communicate and collaborate with various leaders and executives across the company.
  • Exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle in the healthcare staffing sector.
  • Provide regular reports on business development metrics, key performance indicators specific to healthcare staffing, and market insights.
  • Be able to think strategically.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts.
  • Know healthcare industry trends and evolving market demands as they happen.
  • Create persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for healthcare clients. Tailor staffing solutions to address the unique requirements of healthcare facilities.
  • Understand how to make informed decisions and optimize business development strategies based on data tracked.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 
  • 4 plus years of experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager in healthcare staffing.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing processes, compliance, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to speak the language of healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with healthcare clients.
